Linda Hollenbeck

For my bio I would say: my name is Linda Hollenbeck and I was a state finalist in the Miss MD USA pageant. This was my first time competing in a big pageant like this one. I have learned a lot ever since I competed such as; how to be prepared, finding the confidence in yourself, learning how to be judged by not only the judges , but probably from the crowd and the contestants as well. I recently graduated from Carroll community college with an AA and will be transferring to UMD to pursue international relations. My biggest challenge during the pageant was finding the confidence and staying humble during the process. Even though this was my first time, I will definitely be doing something like this again.
